Day 1 and 2: Eat as much as you want and whatever you want. This would include fries, burgers, pizzas, colas, ice-creams – anything that your heart desires. But know that after this you need to follow a strict diet in order to optimize the results.
Day 3 onward: Tea/coffee without milk and sugar. If you need that milk in your menu, restrict to just a teaspoon for 24 hours.
Lunch would be 100 grams of any white meat such as fish, chicken or turkey with all the fat removed. It is advised to first boil the meat, to get rid of all the fat, before any other form of cooking. Red meats are allowed provided the portions are small and every bit of fat that is visible is removed. Once again, it is advised to first the cook the meat by boiling it before proceeding with any other form of cooking the meat. One low calorie vegetable like tomato, cucumber, asparagus, cabbage, fennel, onion, spinach or celery. One melba toast or breadstick. An apple, orange or grapefruit.
Dinner consists of the same choices as lunch.
